About CITISMA

The Conference on Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems & Modern Applications (CITISMA) was inaugurated by a group of Australian researchers under the support of the Sydney-based research organisation Knowledge Nest. The conference was established to create a high-quality international platform where researchers, academics, and industry professionals can showcase innovative work, disruptive ideas, and impactful solutions in intelligent systems and modern technology applications.

A/Prof Chandana Withana was directly involved in the establishment of Knowledge Nest and has played a key role in strengthening the CITISMA community by mentoring early-career academics and encouraging young researchers to participate, publish, and build long-term research collaborations through the conference.

Guided by the belief that meaningful innovation is driven by both research excellence and real-world relevance, CITISMA embraces the vision that:
